On the basis of Articles 12 and 15 of the Act on Tourist Boards and the Promotion of Croatian Tourism ("Official Gazette", number 52/2019; hereinafter: the Law), the Assembly of the Tourist Board of the City of Otočac, with the prior consent of the Ministry of Tourism and Sports, held the session on July 28, 2020. On the basis of Articles 12 and 15 of the Act on Tourist Boards and the Promotion of Croatian Tourism ("Official Gazette", number 52/2019; hereinafter: the Act), the Assembly of the Tourist Board of the City of Otočac, with the prior consent of the Ministry of Tourism and Sports, adopted, held the session on July 28, 2020 adopted the Statute of the Tourist Board of the City of Otočac.
