Where are we located?
From everywhere in the world, you can travel to the Gacka Valley: from Primorje and Senj in the west via the Vratnik pass, from Ogulin and Gorski Kotar in the north via the pass separating Velika from Mala Kapela, from Plitvice Lakes and Krbava in the east via the Homoljački klanac, and from Gospić and Lika in the south via the slopes of Janjča. This vibrant region is accessible from the Adriatic coast via the route of the Grezina pass on Senjsko bilo, which crosses the highest mountain in Croatia – Velebit, and Krasno nature park. The birthplace of the river Gacka is the most stunning sight you can witness if you travel by rail. And if you arrive by plane, you can see the whole valley from above.
